Where should I buy teal hair dye?
Try Manic Panic (in Atomic Turquoise, Bad Boy Blue, and/or mix them together or even use some of their other colors when mixing such as Shocking Blue, Enchanted Forest, Green Envy, Electric Lizard, etc.). They’re vegan, too! :D
