. last week I bleached & dyed my hair turquoise (teal) I used a manic panic product some parts came out turquoise but most of it looks green! would it be okay to bleach over it & dye it over again?? please help Bleaching over it will get it to the same colour unless you tone it too, so I recommend using a dye with more blue in it. It worked for me! |
