I'm thinking about turning my hair teal for the first time. Just wondering - how do you achieve that baby blue / light teal look? Is it diluted, or is that just what happens during the fading process? Thanks. (: You can get the colour through fading or dying! As long as your hair is WHITE to begin with. |
